Return & Refund Policy

At Averton, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our flooring and wall panelling products. However, we understand that there may be cases where returns or refunds are necessary. Please review our policy below to understand the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process any return, we require a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

  • Goods sold are exchangeable but not refundable except for technical issue as duplicate orders. Any requests/changes must be settled before placing the order.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Depending on your payment method, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees, handling fees, and any restocking fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit: For cancellations within 24 hours, store credit may be issued, allowing for future purchases.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Changes: Modifications to your order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If the product has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for two-way transportation.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of the order placement. If cancellation is approved, a store credit will be issued for future use.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will evaluate and provide options for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
